Veronica Boquete notched the decisive goal in the 72nd minute with a perfectly executed free kick.

With one gane of the regular season still to play (against Roma at the weekend), the groupings for the Scudetto and relegation play-offs have already been decided: Roma, Fiorentina, Juventus, Inter and Sassuolo will compete for the title, with Milan, Como, Sampdoria, Pomigliano and Napoli battling to beat the drop.

The play-offs begin in mid-March after the international break and the Coppa Italia semi-finals, which will see the Viola take on Juventus in a two-legged tie.
