The Stadio Dino Manuzzi in Cesena has been decided as the host stadium for the 2024 Women's Coppa Italia final between Roma and Fiorentina. The venue was settled upon on Thursday afternoon, completing the cup final logistics.

The two finalists of this edition will lock horns on Friday May 24 at 21:30 CET in a historic venue which already hosted an Italian Super Cup Final in 2019. That game has unhappy memories for the Viola, who fell to a 2-0 defeat to Juventus.

This time around it’s a different competition, but the desire to bring the trophy back home to Florence remains the same.

Fiorentina has reached this stage having knocked out Ternana, Inter and Juventus, while Roma has overcome Cesena, Napoli and Milan.

Ticket information will be released in the coming days, but for now we can diarize the big day and gear ourselves up for at least 90 minutes of battle.

Roma and Fiorentina will actually face each other on two other occasions before the final. The first match (the third since the start of 2023/24, after the two games of the regular season) will be this Saturday at Viola Park at 16:15. There are some huge points up for grabs for both teams. In a month’s time the second fixture of the Scudetto play-off will be take place, this time at Tre Fontane in Rome. The final encounter - between both sides and the season as a whole - will be the Coppa Italia final in Cesena.
