Fiorentina's UEFA Women’s Champions League campaign ended in Germany at the hands of Wolfsburg, with the Bundesliga giants running out 5-0 winners in the second leg of Round 2.
While the Viola will be disappointed at having been outclassed by superior opponents, they will no doubt use the experience to aid their challenge on three domestic fronts (Serie A, Coppa Italia, Super Cup).
Next up for Sebastian De La Fuente's side is a trip to Juventus on Monday September 30th.
